Bear Waters Gathering offers a holistic and story-based training experience. Explore the connection we have to each other and develop a greater awareness of your role in the reconciliation process.  The Sacred Gift Curriculum is meant to provide a foundation of lifelong learning using local Indigenous teachings. It will guide you on the pathway toward Indigenous cultural awareness, competency, and engagement while working with Indigenous individuals and communities across Turtle Island also known as “Canada”.

Develop a deeper understanding of  Indigenous world views and be engaged in mind, body, spirit, and emotion.

Our Community Development Partnerships

Bear Waters Gathering partnered with Lake Country Community Legal Clinic on the Elder and Senior Law Project called "Advocacy North."  They also collaborated with eleven Northern Community Legal Clinics across Ontario  to engage with remote Indigenous communities in order to learn more about the social determinents of health facing Indigenous Elders and Seniors and what the legal clinics can do to help. The following Link is the outcome of this very important research.
