Participants will craft their own traditional large size bow and arrow set by hand.

Elder Strength will share Indigenous ceremonial protocols, and Indigenous hunting and

harvesting teachings. Participants will have the wonderful opportunity to try a traditional

Haudenosaunee meal at the workshop graduation ceremony.
